Keeping Families Stay Healthy

Being active is a habit we learn. The children learn to choose between sitting at home and watch TV or go out to run around and play. Parents teach the importance of health by doing.

Now is the time to remain a healthy family. What activities favored by all members of the family? Have you ever tried cross-country sports, swimming, cycling, playing ball, jogging, walking, roller skating, gardening, and so on? Walking the family together every day can be a very exciting sport, and you can chat with other family members as she walked. Choose activities that approximately liked by all members of your family so that your family will be easy to get used to it.

Perhaps the hardest thing is to find free time when all family members have a solid schedule of activities, but it is worth trying. Regular exercise can make you feel and look better and can help you to cope with stress. Set aside time to help your child and your family; begin a lifelong exercise program.

Tips To Be Great Generation

The future of a nation on the shoulders of our children. When every child has the rights to grow and develop optimally, he will become the next generation of quality. Achieved quality healthcare is the right of everyone, especially for the growth of children at the time. Like saving money, health is the future investments and deposits the baby in his old age later.

Raising children with loving care should be done every parent. Fair when parents are always trying to dig and search for accurate information in the notice balanced nutrition for children. Because, the quality of child growth and development depends on the quality and amount of intake of nutrients needed each day. Children over a year old will experience very rapid growth and development compared to when they are younger age, nutritional requirements will increase.

Every time your child ate, the food is actually diasup nutrient sources consisting of carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and water. Nutrients are substances necessary for the body as energy, builders, and regulators. And, usually they will notice very little food intake according to age. No parent wants to see their children sick, right?

The neglected
Noticed the child nutrition is important and necessary. To support the per ¬ plants, which became the forerunner to the future of children affected by two main things in the home child care or parental care patterns and environmental influences such as neighborhood associations, schools and others.

Unfortunately, that often occurs very old man ¬ prioritize nutritional needs of children up to five years. Above the age of five years, the child's nutritional needs frequent repairs ¬ tera. The reason for this variety, some say because kids grow up, they could choose their own food, catering for parents and varied diet for other reasons. When in fact children over the age of five still need to get control of a parent especially a problem given the appropriate nutrition needs at every stage of her age.

Therefore, there arose new problems faced by parents as a child difficult to eat, foods that your child is not qualified diasup, wrong diet, and the lack of proper nutrition. For this last point is often experienced by parents due to lack of education or knowledge of parents about the nutritional needs of children over five years.

Actually not only the development of the child until the age of five years. The development of children up to 18 years also plays an important role in supporting their future.

According to Dr. Samuel Oetoro, M.S., Sp. GK, Clinical Nutrition Specialist from Siloam Hospitals Semanggi Specialist Clinic, lack of parental attention to nutritional needs anakdi over five years, many who have not backed by public awareness to understand the phases of human growth appropriately. Our society is generally just look at the toddler phase only. This is what really needs to be changed. Why? Because a child has grown sam ¬ pies a different phase. Samuel explained that the spurt of growth phase (growing fast) the first there since a child in the womb until the age of two years. No wonder at this early phase, a newborn child and when he turns two, usually looks very different.

The next growth phase is usually in the range perturhbuhan phase two to five years. In the five years, child growth phase was divided into three. Phase which is five to eight years is childhood, pre-puberty occurred at age nine to 12 years, and puberty or adolescence at age 13 to 18 years. In adolescence this becomes the second stage of rapid growth.

Critical point

Phases of growth in children with both noteworthy. Critical point because this is where the growth of a child that she will be a quality of life. Quality of life is determined by brain growth and development, physical and mental.

In brain development, the critical point is when the baby is still in the womb until the first two years of age. If the brain does not grow and develop optimally, the child will not get quality health care.

Critical point, especially related brain growth. This is especially when the child is still in the womb until the age of the first two years because the 80% growth in sana.Baru brain at the age of two to five years, will add 10 percent and perfect at the age of five to 12 years.

Give proper nutrition
The role of the parents here really tested. They are encouraged to pay attention to proper nutrition for their children. As Samuel said, for the children, what is needed is food to support growth and activity. This means that foods with protein and energy sources for growth must be fulfilled.

In rnasa pre puberty, nine to 12 years, dietary intake must meet nutritional needs, especially protein. At 12 years and over, they still require the completeness of nutrition, especially protein sources. The reason is other than proteins useful for growth, he also played an important role supporting the hormonal processes. In this period, children also need the food intake for endurance.

Not forgetting the need for calcium needs, because it is very useful for the growth of bones and muscles and nerves to work. Well, this is where the role of milk quality and composition to meet the needs pertumbuhanlah which plays an important role. Milk lactoferrin to have endurance, osteoprotegerin for bone growth, as well as for the formation of muscle carnitine.

As A Child Adrift Distance

Jobs that require one or both parents work outside the city or country, of course is not easily accepted the children. There must be a million concerns if separated from family members for a long time.

For children, separation from parents meant parting with a nurturing figure, the figure of an entertaining and loving. For parents, the separation was not a trivial matter, especially if the child was a toddler. For that, parents need to explain and convince carefully to the child that his departure is only temporary and would be back. With positive encouragement for the child, the loss can be reduced.

During being left, the activities children can be filled with things that are pleasant (eg playing games, trips, etc.). Capture these moments in photos or video. Keep all forms of documentation can be sent to parents who travel and news so that the daily development of children do not miss.
As distance adrift, automaticaly communication intensity becomes less. This is where parents must assume the role in the effectiveness of communication. Communication equipment such as telephone or internet is a major media when asked how the family was away from children.

It is recommend that the intensity of parental communication to be done on an ongoing basis.
Positive communication, such as asking the news, listen to vent, and various stories daily activities can make relationships closer. Positive communication and intensive communication both can provide belief in children that parents do not forget them even when traveling in a far distance. Children can feel the closeness even though the parents are not beside them.

When the traveler parents got home from traveling, giving small gifts to their children or families must generate its own excitement. While at home children can be invited to prepare a surprise party for the return of the father or mother who traveled far.
Should not spoil a child with an abundance of material as the "redeemer" time together with children. Instead, encourage children to do activities together like fishing, or other activities that foster the child's creativity and cohesiveness of the family.
