Warming Beverage for Cold Season:Spicy Sauce With Green Beans




In a cold season the best beverage is warmly beverages. Try the following recipe. Not only warming the body, this beverage is also tasty and healthy with ginger spices that magically keep your freshness.
   
Result: Serves 3

Ingredients:
3 cups of water
one stick of lemongrass. Crushed
5 cm long of ginger. Roasted, peeled and crushed
100 g of green beans. Boil until tender
150 g of boiled fro
150 g of nata de coco

How to Do:
1. Spicy sauce: Boil lemon grass, ginger, palm sugar until boiling.
2. Put in to a bowl of green beans, then add boiled fro and nata de coco.
3. Pour the sauce over the bowls that have been filled. Ready to be served. Best served warm.

Caramel Ice Cream



Caramel is made by heating sugar slowly to around 170 °C (340 °F). As the sugar melts and approaches this temperature, the molecules break down and re-form into compounds with a characteristic caramel color and flavor. Caramel is often made when cooking sweets. It can provide the flavor in puddings and desserts, a filling in candies or chocolates, or a topping for ice cream and custards. Next is a simple smooth tasty caramel ice cream recipe for ice cream lovers
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Chill Time: 2 hours
Ice Cream Maker Time: Approximately 25-30 minutes
Servings: Ten 1/2 cup servings
Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Directions:
1.Place sugar in a large heavy saucepan (the saucepan must be large!).
2. Cook sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar melts into a liquid and turns a golden brown color. Remove from heat.
3. Slowly and carefully, add milk to caramelized sugar.
Be careful - the mixture will splatter and the sugar will turn hard.
4. Stir mixture over low heat until it becomes smooth again.
5. Mix in whipping cream and stir until well mixed and smooth. Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool.
6. Once cool, chill mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
7. Pour chilled mixture into your ice cream maker. Mix about 25-30 minutes or according to manufacturer's instructions.

TOOLS
