Bedtime for Baby


Good quality sleep will make your baby grow healthy and not fussy. Smears and massage lightly and gently before bed will help her sleep faster and make sleep more soundly.
1. At bedtime, the baby's brain and physical develop optimal three times more than when he woke up.
2. Newborns usually have sleeping and waking patterns are not regular. Entering the age of two months the baby can learn to sleep longer and peacefully.
